Symantec DLP - Creating a Policy around Robocopy

Hi -

I'm looking for a way to create a Policy that captures all the backups being run through Robocopy. I have found a way to create a Saved Report to show all the Robocopy incidents, but I'm having issues creating a Policy to capture those incidents.
