Downstream TLS handshake failed for Network prevent for mail

Hi All,

We are geeting Downstream TLS handshake failed error. When we checked smtp logs the reason is "General SSLEngine Problem".  Whereas some times its connecting for some time, i.e Downstream TLS Handshake will be successful for some time and again automatically it disconnects. Its happening very frequently. Can anyone help me to find to what may be the issue.
