Request modification mode (REQMOD) or Response modification mode (RESPMOD) - Web prevent DLP 14.6

Hello,

I have a doubt about the type of configuration in the prevent for web and the proxy, how is the difrence between the Request modification mode (REQMOD) and the Response modification mode (RESPMOD) , actually in the bluecoat the mode is "response modification" 

This config take from de DLP or its only from de proxy? and from the dlp side, it has to be done any change?
