IncidentWriter stuck in starting status

I am having a issue with one of my Prevent servers where it is stuck in a starting status, filereader is active but the IncidentWriter  never starts.

This morning it starting working again but upon further inspection there was a page file issue on the server due to the incidentwriter being down which now cleared up as well.

I can provide logs just seeing if anyone ever ran into this issue before.
