pop up message to prevent sending email

Hi all can anyone please provide me the steps to work on the below case.

case: i want to show a pop up message to users while sending email as per policy voilation. example if their email attachment contains word "confidential" then while sending email it will show a pop up message which contains mulitple options.  This is required on vontu dlp endpoint policy.
