Whitelist URL

Hi,

I want to white list a URL in Symantec DLP 12.5.  My issue is that if someone goes to say Target.com they are getting blocked just by going to Target.com.  As in that Target has made changes to there site.  Now they have the Item numbers hosted hidden in they pictures or in the code on their HTML site and so those item numbers are formated like SSN data.  So I need a solution or someway to whitle list the URL or IP in DLP Please?
