Symantec DLP Web Prevent Integration with Multiple TMG Servers

Hello all , I have a query and would appreciate your input on this.

Can I integrate single DLP Web Prevent Server with multiple TMG Servers i.e Single DLP Web prevent server can integrate with multiple TMG Servers in diffrent locations in an organization ?  If it is possible then how to configure it ? 

Secondly if it is possible then how much performance hit would it have on the DLP Web prevent server and is it ideal or it is best recommended  to have a separate DLP Web Prevent server for each web proxy
