not able to see the laptop is connected to agent in our console

I need a solution

Hi Team,

After installing agent on laptops also we not able to see the laptop is connected to agent in our console

After recyling the status in DLP console Endpoint server

we were able to see laptop status and incident were also generated from server.

But I think so this is not the proper solution, if problem presist again then again we have tio recyle it.. i Need a permanent solution for this and whats logs to be check if this problem presist again. I think so their is connectivity issue. So what logs need to be check for the connectivity. if you have sample of logs can you share it.
