Assignment of Policy Groups

Just a quick inquiry if Symantec DLP can assign a policy group only to a Detection Server or Network Monitor.  As per testing we must select All Servers for the policy group to take effect on endpoints and unchecking it makes the policy group disabled on endpoints.

We’re thinking if a Detection Server (assuming that selecting it will only apply the Policy Group to endpoints) can be available to be selected as an option for Policy Group assignment.  This is also to have a policy group that is assigned only to a Network Monitor and wouldn’t be applied to endpoints also vice versa.
