CMD Window Does Not Take Focus After Agent Install

After installing or upgrading to DLP endpoint agent v15.5, when I open a Command (CMD) window from the keyboard (Windows key> Type 'cmd'> Press Enter), the window does not have immediate focus, and I must click on the window for it to take focus. If I uninstall the agent, the cmd winodw once again has immediate focus upon opening it. Has anyone else encountered this?
