DLP upgrade path from 14.6 to 15.5 ?

Hi all,

We have currently a multi-tier DLP setup. 1 x Enforce, 1 x Prevent and 1 x Oracle servers.

The Symantec article for DLP upgrade paths states that 14.x is upgradable to 15.1 first and then 15.5.

Has anyone done an upgrade from 14.6 to 15.5 and has it worked? Do we need to stop any/all services
before upgrading?

Also , are these the correct steps for upgrading using the MSI files ? Bear with me as I have read
through the installation/upgrade guides.

1. Run and install ServerJRE.msi on Enforce Server

2. Run and install the EnforceServer.msi on Enforce Server (pointing to the oracle DB)

3. Run and install ServerJRE.msi on Prevent Server

4. Run and install the DetectionServer.msi
