Link to a DLP event

When an email breaches a quarantine policy I have a response rule which sends an automated notification to the Sender and another to Policy Owner and their delegates. However how within the notification which gets sent to the Policy Owner can I incorporate a link to the DLP event generated so that the policy owner can either release or block the quarantined email?
