the incidents created on Endpoints/Workstations does not reflect in the Enforce Server

Symantec DLP Version 15.5

RHEL 7.5

Single Tier installation.

the incidents created at Endpoint/workstation does not reflect in the enforce server.

i log on to the enforce server using account of Administrator to check the incidents but there is no one.
