Symantec DLP policy fine tuning

Hi team,

I am from Tata communications and using symantec DLP.

please assist us to know how to make EDM policy for the below regular expressions since they are generating a lot of false positives.

1) Email address:

(?i)\b[A-Z0-9._%+-]+@[A-Z0-9.-]+\.[A-Z]{2,6}\b

2) Phone number:

\(?\b[0-9]{3}\)?[-. ]?[0-9]{3}[-. ]?[0-9]{4}\b

4) First and Last name:

\b[A-Z][-'a-zA-Z]+,?([\s\|]|\s{2,})[A-Z][-'a-zA-Z]{0,19}\b
