agent is not appearing in agent overview and endpoint detection server

Hello Everybody,

i have installed endpoint dlp in windows 10 systems and agent was installed successfully and services is running successfully but agent is not appearing in endpoint server.

console 15.5v

1.agent services running.

2.agent to endpoint server communicating (10443)

3.restarted monitor controller services and refresh the system.

4.version is updated

5.antivirus whitelist the pacakge

6.port opened 

triying to shutdown the services from the agent side but tools folder is not showing in the path(prgmfiles>manufacture>endpoint)

guide me how to solve this issue.
