When users changes the file’s format to pdf., it generates a print incident

Hi All,

I need solution for the below query, please help me on this.

When users changes the file’s format to pdf., it generates a print incident.They not printing the documents, just they saving the documents in
word to pdf formet.

when user saving the document has pdf it trigging the incident, it should not happen.

Can any one give the solution with step by step screen short for the same.
