Symantec DLP remove content

Hi 

I setting Bluecoat integration with DLP. I configuration intercept SSL and send ICAP to DLP. In currently, I can block upload document to website.

I changed response rule form block to remove content. I test upload document to webstie. The Symantec DLP can't remove content. Can you recommend configuration?
