Incident queue full - enforce server

Hello,

I've a problem with enforce queue because the oracle database was down for 2 days, so the enforce stocked all the incidents in the enforce server.

From my side, i tried to move all incidents from Protect/incidents in the enforce server to another location to reduce the number of the queue. after that, i received the incidents but the folder incidents don"t stock any incidents!!!

Is it normal?
