Incident not displayed on the enforce, due to firefox Version

Hi,

We have 14.5 DLP Symantec solution, our scope is protecting source code from leaving the society, we tested to send a source code via gmail , the incident is displayed on the enforce when we use google chrome, but when we send with firefox (58.0.2) there is no incident on the dashborad, (is this because of the version of firefox?).

Anyone to tell us what to do to solve this. Thank you
