DLP Reinstall steps

Hello ,
I need to reinstall Symantec DLP with new installation as we facing lots of issues with current system ( info : do not need upgrade , Managers need reinstall ) and running modules are  Endpoint ,Network Monitor and Network prevent for Web.
Also we need to backup old DB and Policies to use with new installation 

 
so i need to know if there are any document for this to follow.
