SDLP 12.0 and IE print monitoring problem

We've updated our SDLP servers from 11.6 to 12.0 version.

Since then we faced with Internet Explorer 9 and 10 print monitoring problem. No incidents are triggered.

Print monitoring of Mozilla Firefox internet pages works properly, and incidents are triggered.

sdlp agents 11.6.3, 12.0, 12.0.1 are used in this test.

When we used  SDLP servers 11.6 and agents 11.6.3?  print monitoring of IE 9, 10 worked properly and incidents were triggered.

Any suggestions?
