Whitelist file upload on localhost

Dear All,

I'm stuck with a user requirement. A group of users have to upload a big *.ear file on their local server (local host). As per current agent policy the file is scanned and it takes longer time. 

We want to whitelist that file upload.  

To achieve this we created "test" agent configuration where "ignored""http/https attachement type - *.ear", a "test" agent group and put one system in that group.

Could anyone help me in this.
