HTTP Post False Positives Not Data Loss still being triggered on DLP

Hi - I have small amount of users going to http://tek-tips.us.intellitxt.com/context/1 and causing a FPs to trigger. I visited the site, and it causes a violation email to trigger without posting anything, just by going to this site.

My policy is set to narrow and uses a keyword for SSNs. My issue is that the user does not need to post anything just simply visit this site.

Anyone have a similar problem?
