DLP and Prt Screen

We are running the 14.5.0100.1060 client and have noticed that the print screen function is now not working. Has anyone else seen this? Also the alt prt screen is not working either. 

I have checked the policies and nothing is showing in the incidents or there are no blocks in place. 

Any thoughts?
