Hello,
I have multiple questions. Any information will help. Thanks in advance.
I understand that when using AD authentication, if a user is disabled in AD, then they will not be able to succesfully authenticate. What is workflow?
When at the login screen what occurs on the back end? does Vontu verify the DLP account first (then verifies against the directory), or first confirm the username (alias) exists in directory then comes back to ensure that user has a DLP account?
Also, when using Active Directory Authentication for user accounts, is it possible to avoid manual intervention when disabling a DLP account within the interface? Let's say the user is disabled in AD, is it possible to auto disable the account in DLP, is this feature available?
How often does DLP query the directory to verify DLP accounts (is it only at login or a consistent check)?
