How to Exclude Print to File Incidents?

Hi All,

however no solution was ever reached.

What we are seeing is when using applications that use virtual printers to print a document to PDF print/fax incidents are being generated. 

I have attempted to add a Endpoint device using the printer name (deskPDF) and adding it as an exclusion but this doesn't seem to work. 

Has anyone solved this issue?
