DLP 14.0 Endpoint Agent SSL Handshake Failed

Hi Community,

Got a question, we have upgraded our Symantec DLP solution from 12.5 to 14.0.  We are seeing a big number of agents with warning in the Enforce Console related too:  "Active Directory user group resolution failed"  So I was looking in the Aggregator logs and I see in the logs with a control number - "SSL handshake failed"  So my question is what does both of these items mean?  Do we have something wrong with 800 something endpoints not communicating with AD, or these 800 something endpoints need to uninstall the 14.0 verions of DLP and then reinstall?  I am just wondering if someone could help on giving me a direction to look into this.
