Web prevent No Incidents DLP 14

Dear,

there is any troubleshooting if the prevent for Web no generate Incidents?

Some information of the environment , 3 appliance bluecoat  Version 6.6.42, they pass from DLP but only one is using at the moment

Hotmail

Web prevent detects incident random 

Enpoint Prevent detects incident random 

Dropbox / Wetrasfer

Web prevent no detects ANY incidents

Enpoint prevent Detect Incidents

No error in the console.

Using the second bluecoat appliance from 1 laptop only no diference with Hotmail

Any suggestions?
